Betsy
Smith works with leaders and their teams to move, with strategic boldness, themselves and their organizations from average to excellence.
 A proud Texas Aggie,
Betsy's motto is “you might as well laugh as cry”.
Her highly developed sense of humor combined with
her boundless energy and
her zest for life creates her Executive Coaching style--fast paced, bold, purposeful with great results, and of course, fun.
Innovation and creativity are the keystone’s of
Betsy's success in leadership. As a senior executive at a large comprehensive community college,
she created new programs to meet workforce needs, raised public and private funds for a state of the art health science building and initiated a customer service program.
Betsy has worked with large and small business, non-profits and governmental agencies.
Betsy's academic credentials reflect her
flexibility.
She have a BA in Psychology and Social Work from the University of Texas and
her M.Ed. in Adult Education and her Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership are from Texas A&M University.
Betsy currently is on the faculty at the University of West Florida in the Graduate Studies Division.
In addition to Betsy's academic credentials, she
is certified by Success Unlimited Network® and the International Coach Federation.
Leadership is Betsy's passion. She is a graduate of Leadership Pensacola and Leadership Florida. A few of
her community leadership roles include chairing the Pensacola Symphony Board, Leadership Pensacola, Health Initiatives Task Force of the Greater Pensacola Area Chamber of Commerce, and the Pensacola Women’s Alliance.
Betsy serves as the Lead Organizer of the 2006 International Coach Federation’s Research Symposium.

Fees
Corporate fees are negotiated with organizations through a proposal and negotiation process, with consideration of fair market fees for organizational training and development and consulting fees. Individual coaching fees are determined by the schedule of the coaching contract. The average individual fee is
$150.00 per hour. |
