Jack’s experience spans both the corporate world and the world of the entrepreneur.

In the corporate world, Jack’s leadership roles included Assistant Vice President of a Fortune 500 Company in which he was responsible for financial management of operations satellite operations, and performance analysis.

After twenty years in the corporate world, and during the infancy of cellular communications, Jack launched his own entrepreneurial company that provided consulting and construction management services to wireless carriers. Jack managed vendor relations, site acquisition, planning and zoning negotiations and carrier interface activities. Jack designed and implemented the firm’s accounting system.

Jack’s second highly successful entrepreneurial venture was in an internet-based, e-commerce (electronic check and credit card) applications company. He conceived and implemented integrated financial controls to manage the firm’s client remittances (primarily local and state tax-collection entities).

“Accounting Systems” and “Negotiations” are Jack’s consulting specialties. His mastery is assisting small business owners in creating integrated, computer-based accounting systems. These systems provide the accuracy, visibility and forecasting attributes so necessary in understanding and controlling critical business components.

Jack proudly served in the United States Navy. As an older than average student, working full time with a family of four children, Jack completed his Bachelors Degree of Professional Studies and an Executive Masters of Business (with distinction) from Pace University in Westchester, New York.
