Strategic Planning
This is not your Father’s Strategic Planning Process. How many times have you been to an “off site”, spent hours (if not days) conducting SWOT analyses, brainstorming, sticking poster paper to the walls, creating a beautiful “Strategic Plan”, that sits on your shelf or in your drawer until the next “Planning Cycle” rolls around?
At E.L. Smith Consulting, we work with you to create the “Strategic Plan” – but the difference is that we “Coach” you after the plan is created. We meet with you and/or your team regularly for six months to one year to ensure that the plan is meaningful, relevant and that it is integrated into the corporate culture.
An effective Strategic Plan is a living document, that when utilized as a tool - rather than an accoutrement – will keep the organization focused and moving forward toward success.
